Job Information

Job Description

• Conducts audit on operational compliance and apply sanctions to defaulters (the Customer Engineers);
• Attend to request for productivity tools by Unit’s personnel to enhance performance on jobs and assignment;
• Manage various key stakeholders through effective communication within the unit;
• Review transaction records for completeness, validity and accuracy & determine whether transactions processed are genuine and reasonable;
• Clearly understand the peculiarities of each operation and control and contribute proactively so as to accomplish the strategic goal;
• Suggest ways and means to motivate / improve operational performance;
• Suggest improvements and take preventive measures to consistently improve quality of services rendered to our clients;
• Act as an objective source of independent advice;
• Document process, prepare audit findings memorandum and conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions
• Research, resolve, and respond to questions received via telephone calls, mails and call-backs in a timely manner;
• Carry out periodic inventory audit to ensure complete stock management and reduce theft or damages to inventory;

Specifications:

• OND/HND/First degree in Accounting & Finance or any related discipline.
• Professional Qualification in Accounting or related course, ACA, ACCA, etc., is an added advantage
• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role –
• Understanding of IT, Report & Analysis, Audit, Operational controls, etc.
