Job Description
The Oyo State New Towns and Cities Development Authority (OYNTCDA) is in search of a skilled Urban Planning Specialist to lead groundbreaking urban development initiatives in Oyo State. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 7 years of urban planning experience and have current NITP and TOPREC registrations.
Key responsibilities will include creating master plans and land use frameworks, overseeing infrastructure-driven settlements, and ensuring adherence to planning laws and standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, and experience with large-scale urban projects are mandatory.
