Job Description
Denam Properties Limited is seeking a qualified and motivated Procurement and Quantity Surveying Officer. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the sourcing of suppliers, prepare purchase orders, and ensure adherence to contractual agreements. Your responsibilities will also encompass budget preparation, cost analysis, and conducting thorough site inspections to maintain project standards.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in procurement software. Excellent negotiation and analytical skills are essential for success in this position.
This is a full-time position with a starting monthly salary of ₦260,00.00. The application deadline is July 30, 2025, with an expected start date of August 11, 2025.
