Job Description
Redeemers Health Village (RHV), a premier healthcare facility located in Redemption City, is currently seeking a dedicated full-time Clinical Pharmacist. This on-site position is critical for ensuring the safe and effective administration of medications through comprehensive clinical assessments and tailored pharmaceutical care. Key responsibilities include the dispensing of medications, consulting with healthcare providers, and educating patients about their prescriptions.
Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, demonstrate exceptional communication abilities, and show a capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Previous experience in a clinical pharmacy environment is highly advantageous.
