Job Description
Denam Properties Limited is looking for a dedicated and experienced General Manager of Short-Let Services. In this role, you will oversee the operations of our short-let properties, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Your responsibilities will include managing housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk teams, as well as developing pricing strategies, monitoring occupancy rates, and addressing guest complaints promptly.
Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business Management and have 3-5 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership and customer service skills are crucial for success in this position.
This is a full-time opportunity with a starting salary of ₦300,00.00 per month. Candidates must be willing to commute or relocate to Abuja.
