Job Description
Lafe’s Building & Properties Limited, a distinguished construction firm, is expanding its team in Ibadan, Oyo State. We are in search of a skilled Quantity Surveyor (QS) for a full-time, on-site position.
As a Quantity Surveyor, your key responsibilities will include the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost control, cost planning, and comprehensive reporting. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying and have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Quantity Surveying tools is crucial for this role.
