Job Description

We are on the lookout for an exceptionally organized and proactive Special Assistant to provide vital support to our executive team. The selected candidate will be tasked with managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence with professionalism and accuracy.

In addition, the Special Assistant will play a crucial role in preparing reports, organizing travel arrangements, and ensuring project timelines are maintained. The ability to communicate effectively, demonstrate attention to detail, and perform well under pressure is essential for success in this role.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Business Administration or a related field and have a minimum of two years of administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory.
