Penafort Energy Limited is looking for an experienced and proactive Supermarket Manager to lead operations at our high-volume supermarket in Nigeria. In this vital leadership role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, driving sales performance, and providing exceptional customer service. Your strategic vision will play a key role in enhancing our in-store experience.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of retail experience, including 3 years in a managerial position. Strong communication skills and the ability to work on weekends and public holidays are essential.
