Job Description
LEXTORAH is actively seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lagos. This full-time role will involve addressing customer inquiries and concerns, processing orders, and escalating issues effectively through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will showcase a calm demeanor while assisting customers in distress and demonstrate proficient computer skills.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain a positive attitude while responding to inquiries promptly, acknowledge and resolve complaints, and provide exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, prior experience in customer support, and the ability to manage stressful situations with composure.
