The Guest Relations Agent is essential for creating a memorable experience for our guests. As the initial point of contact, you will warmly greet guests, assist with their inquiries, and provide detailed information about our services and amenities.
Your primary responsibilities include managing guest check-ins and check-outs, promptly resolving any issues, and facilitating effective communication between guests and hotel staff. To excel in this role, a strong customer service orientation and outstanding communication skills are required.
