Job Description
Mango 5 is on the lookout for a dedicated Learning and Development Trainer to strengthen our team. In this role, you will conduct training sessions in a dynamic BPO environment, equipping new hires for success and fostering the development of current employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing performance to identify skill gaps.
- Developing effective training materials and onboarding programs.
- Evaluating training outcomes through participant surveys.
- Working in rotational shifts and collaborating with diverse teams.
Candidates must possess 2+ years of training experience, proficiency in MS Office, and exceptional communication skills. A facilitator certification is highly preferred.
