VDSC Consulting Services is looking for a committed Administrative / Facility Manager to become a vital part of our team in Lagos Island, Lagos. This full-time role is essential in optimizing administrative processes and ensuring smooth facility operations.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
- Maintaining records and databases.
- Managing the procurement of staff uniforms and inventory.
- Scheduling monthly production, logistics, and maintenance teams.
- Supervising the logistics team and coordinating daily operations.
- Procuring and tracking fresh fruit processing and storage.
- Developing logistics procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
