Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager for our Account/Audit department. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of accountants and auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with relevant regulations. You will also play a crucial role in developing and implementing auditing strategies, policies, and procedures to manage financial risks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of accountants and auditors.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Conduct audits to assess financial operations and internal controls.
- Identify and address any issues or discrepancies.
- Provide recommendations for improving financial processes and controls.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Audit, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is highly preferred.
- Proven experience as a Manager in the Account/Audit field.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and financial regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
