Job Description

Lucky Fibre is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Manager to lead sales and operational activities within a designated territory. This pivotal role focuses on driving sales growth and nurturing key relationships with stakeholders and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with distributors and retailers.
  • Enhance sales performance by implementing innovative strategies that exceed targets.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of Lush Hair products.
  • Analyze market trends and share valuable insights with the national team.
  • Collaborate on localized marketing initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor the city sales team to foster continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of senior sales experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven track record in sales and strong leadership capabilities.
