Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales and Growth Specialist to join our Academy team remotely. As a Sales and Growth Specialist, your main responsibility will be driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies, lead generation, and client acquisition.
You will be responsible for nurturing and expanding our client base by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential customers. Your expertise in sales and growth strategies will be key in achieving ambitious sales targets and driving the success of our Academy.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads, convert prospects, and close deals.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Track and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record in sales and business development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving growth. Experience in the education or training industry would be a plus.
