Job Description
Join AltSchool Africa, a part of TalentQL, as a Telesales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers through outbound calls. Your contributions will be vital to our sales process, as you will utilize CRM software to manage leads effectively and help us achieve our sales targets.
Your key responsibilities will include building and qualifying a database of leads, initiating calls, and assessing customer needs. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to engage with existing clients to cross-sell products.
To qualify, you must possess strong data entry skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, prior customer service experience, and be proficient in G-suite and product sales.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: ₦100,00.00 per month
