Job Description
CashXpress Nigeria Limited is actively seeking a Marketing & Customer Acquisition Manager to drive the growth of our customer base. In this role, you will oversee the entire acquisition funnel while leveraging data, creativity, and performance-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective digital acquisition campaigns.
- Optimize the customer acquisition funnel from initial traffic to successful loan activation.
- Analyze campaign performance and manage the corresponding budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in fintech or digital lending sectors.
- Demonstrated success in customer acquisition and marketing analytics.
- Deep understanding of Nigerian consumer behavior.
- Outstanding communication skills.
