Job Description
AIM Consultants Ltd. is excited to announce an opening for a full-time Project Architect to join our dynamic team in Abuja. In this pivotal role, you will manage architectural projects from initial concept to final execution. Key responsibilities will include preparing submittals, developing comprehensive project plans, collaborating with team members, and ensuring adherence to building regulations while upholding high-quality standards. You will also oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
Ideal candidates should possess proficiency in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, significant experience with submittals, and strong project management skills. A Master’s degree in Architecture and additional qualifications like ARCON registration and NIA membership are preferred. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role.
