Job Description
Owens and Xley Consults, a recruitment firm based in Lagos, is actively seeking a Facility Manager for our esteemed client located in Victoria Island, Lagos. This is a full-time role responsible for overseeing operational activities, maintenance, and security, while ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. Key responsibilities include managing maintenance, conducting health and safety inspections, overseeing utilities, and planning for emergency responses.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management or a related field, along with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Strong technical and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this position.
Salary: N200,00 – N250,00/month.
