Job Description
Job Summary: LUCKY FIBRE is looking for a motivated Area Sales Manager to spearhead sales growth and elevate our brand presence. This role involves leading a sales team, fostering relationships with distributors and retailers, and executing strategic sales initiatives to achieve our objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement sales strategies to achieve established targets.
- Recruit and onboard new distributors and channel partners.
- Monitor and support the performance of the sales team.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to promote brand loyalty.
- Conduct market assessments through regular product visits.
Key Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field, 4-6 years of experience in FMCG or beauty sales, and exceptional leadership capabilities.
