Job Description
We are currently seeking a Ticketing and Sales Officer to join our expanding travel agency located on Lagos Island. This position entails booking domestic and international flights, promoting attractive travel deals, and delivering exceptional customer service. If you are confident, organized, and passionate about assisting individuals with their travel arrangements, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Book flights for clients, both locally and internationally.
- Address inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Promote travel packages and convert leads into actual bookings.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
- Assist with the agency’s sales and marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- OND or higher in any field.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Confidence in conducting sales conversations.
- Highly organized and proficient with digital tools.
- Prior experience in sales, ticketing, or customer support is advantageous.
Salary: N100,00 Monthly.
