Job Description
Sigma Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Nursing Manager to oversee nursing operations within a private hospital in Enugu. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10-15 years of nursing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Responsibilities include leading the nursing team, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and enhancing patient care standards. The Nursing Manager will also mentor staff, manage departmental budgets, and drive quality improvement initiatives.
The position offers a competitive salary of ₦400,00 – ₦500,00 monthly.
