Job Description
Dews and Petals Limited, a leading pest control and cleaning company located in Abuja, Nigeria, is dedicated to providing exceptional pest management services. We are currently seeking a motivated Customer Service Intern to join our team.
Job Location: Gwarimpa, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: NYSC
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries professionally.
- Provide accurate information about our services and pricing.
- Resolve customer issues effectively and in a timely manner.
- Maintain records of customer interactions.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Offer feedback to improve service processes.
Requirements: Relevant qualifications and experience are preferred.
Salary: N50,00 per month
