Job Description
Biodun Odeleye & Company, a leading firm of Estate Surveyors and Real Estate Consultants, is seeking a dedicated Estate Surveyor to join our team in Ibadan, Oyo State. This full-time, on-site position involves managing landlord/tenant relations, lease administration, property management, asset valuation, and providing consultancy services on property transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of tenancy matters, property management practices, and valuation techniques, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Surveying, or a related field is required, and membership in relevant professional organizations is advantageous.
