Job Description
BPO Consortium is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Technical Executive in our Lagos retail shop specializing in kitchenwares and appliances. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in plumbing, maintenance, or technical roles, preferably in a retail environment. Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, and repair of kitchen appliances, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates should possess a diploma or certification in a relevant technical field, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in English. A valid driver’s license is preferred.
