Job Description
XurielHQ is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to bridge our Marketing and Sales teams. Located in Iwo Road, Ibadan, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities and fostering relationships with potential clients in the agro-allied industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as viable sales opportunities.
- Initiate contact with prospects through cold calling and email outreach.
- Present our products and services to potential clients.
- Identify and address client needs to enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain and strengthen trust-based relationships with clients.
- Regularly report sales results to management.
- Stay updated on product offerings and pricing changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year experience in business development or a similar role.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Excel.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
