Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Quoting, booking, and invoicing cruise bookings and packages
- Ensure that KPIs are met, meeting and exceed monthly sales targets
- Support and handle walk-in, email & telephone inquiries efficiently and accurately
- Maximize sales opportunities by upselling & cross-selling
- Monitor and action all relevant mailboxes daily
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive product information to deliver and generate sales
Who are you?
- Proven experience working in a customer service environment and working towards sales targets
- Minimum 2 years’ retail or wholesale experience in the Travel Industry
- GDS experience
- Exceptional focus on details, adept problem-solving skills, and thrive under pressure
- Ambitious, highly motivated, and proficient in organizing tasks efficiently
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Salary: Up to ₦1,200,00.00 per year
