Job Description
The Africa Trade Competitiveness and Market Access Programme (ATCMA) is a flagship initiative aimed at enhancing intra-African trade and trade with the European Union. Under the guidance of the Chief of the Office for Africa, the Programme Officer (Market Access) will ensure effective implementation of the ECOWAS regional activities, providing technical leadership and advancing market access initiatives. Responsibilities include project management, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis to inform trade policy reforms. Candidates should possess a Master’s degree in a relevant field, with at least seven years of related experience. Fluency in English and French is required.
