Job Description
We are seeking an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to manage various administrative tasks. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, along with providing timely reminders to all parties involved. You will be responsible for booking flights, accommodations, and transportation while handling comprehensive travel itineraries.
The role requires answering and directing phone calls, managing emails, and drafting letters and other essential documents. Additionally, you will organize and manage events, including logistics, catering, and guest lists. Running errands and maintaining discretion when handling sensitive information are also vital to this position.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing demands while serving as the primary point of contact between the principal and various stakeholders.
