Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Training Assistant to support our training programs. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and delivery of training materials, coordinate training schedules, and help manage participant registrations.
Key responsibilities include maintaining training records, providing administrative support during training sessions, and facilitating communication between trainers and participants. Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; experience in an educational role is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills are required.
