Job Description

As an Internal Control & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company’s operations are conducted in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will play a key role in implementing and maintaining a robust system of internal controls to safeguard the company’s assets and mitigate risks. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing internal control policies and procedures
• Conducting regular audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls
• Identifying areas of potential risk and recommending appropriate measures to mitigate those risks
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure compliant and efficient operations
• Providing guidance and training to employees on compliance procedures
• Monitoring changes in relevant laws and regulations and ensuring appropriate updates to internal control processes

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, excellent analytical skills, and an ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Additionally, a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant work experience in internal control or compliance.
