Eartco Logistics is a fast-growing delivery service dedicated to providing reliable and affordable bike delivery solutions in Lagos. We are seeking a friendly and organized Customer Support / Sales Assistant to manage client interactions and support sales efforts.

Job Summary:

You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling delivery orders, scheduling pickups, and responding to inquiries.

Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication skills and basic computer literacy are required.
