Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and successful Regional Manager to lead our Forex brokerage operations in the Northern Region. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing regional sales strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals. Your goal will be to expand our market share, build strong relationships with clients and partners, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
2. Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and guidance.
- Set sales targets and performance metrics for the team.
- Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement.
3. Client Relationships:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through excellent customer service.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services.
4. Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management.

Requirements:
1. Experience: 5+ years of experience in Forex brokerage, sales, or a related field.
2. Skills:
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales and business development skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
3. Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of Forex markets and trading.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
