Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and successful Regional Manager to lead our Forex brokerage operations in the Northern Region. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing regional sales strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals. Your goal will be to expand our market share, build strong relationships with clients and partners, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.

• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns.

2. Team Management:

• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and guidance.

• Set sales targets and performance metrics for the team.

• Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement.

3. Client Relationships:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

• Ensure client satisfaction and retention through excellent customer service.

• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services.

4. Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

• Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry trends.

• Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

• Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 5+ years of experience in Forex brokerage, sales, or a related field.

2. Skills:

• Strong leadership and management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven sales and business development skills.

• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.

3. Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of Forex markets and trading.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.

• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
