Job Description/Requirements
As a Mid-Level HR Officer , you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department. You will handle key HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, a good understanding of HR Processes, and a passion for fostering a positive work environment
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and outsourced staff.
- Ensure smooth communication between the company, clients and vendors regarding staffing needs, performance and expectations
- Handle Onboarding, documentation and deployment of outsourced staff to client locations
- Monitor vendor compliance with contractual obligations, company policies and labor laws.
- Address issues relation to vendor service delivery, staff performance, attendance, and grievance management
- Tracking document validity and timely submission of report.
Coordinate payroll input and statutory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of proven HR experience, preferably in outsourcing, vendor management or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
CIPM certification is an added advantage
