Job Description
Elyon Technik Limited is seeking an experienced Building (Construction) Engineer to lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in structural integrity, site supervision, project scheduling, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and complete building construction projects.
- Interpret architectural drawings and ensure site compliance.
- Supervise site operations and coordinate with subcontractors.
- Prepare project budgets and timelines.
- Ensure safety standards and building codes are met.
- Monitor quality and resolve construction issues proactively.
- Liaise with consultants and regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in construction projects.
- COREN certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or Revit is desirable.
