We are currently recruiting for the position of Business Development Personnel.
Job Location: Maryland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the sales team, developing business plans covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization’s presence.
- Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team.
- Increase business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Maintaining and increasing sales of the organization’s services.
- Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on realistic forecasts for each product and territory, realistic costs of operating the sales force, and sales promotion program plans.
- Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base of the organization.
- Responsible for the management of accounts and key accounts.
Academic Qualifications:
- BSc / HND in Marketing, Social Sciences, or related discipline.
- 3 – 5 Years of work experience in business development in the security industry.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
