Job Description
LUCKY FIBRE is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive our sales growth and enhance brand visibility. In this role, you will lead a team of sales representatives, foster strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and execute strategic initiatives that align with our organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement area sales plans to achieve performance targets.
- Recruit and onboard new distributors and retail partners.
- Monitor and support the performance of sales representatives.
- Conduct regular market visits for assessments and insights.
- Provide comprehensive training on product knowledge and effective sales techniques.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in FMCG or beauty sales, including 2 years in a management role.
- Proven leadership and negotiation skills.
