Job Description
Location: Remote (Preferably based in Africa with global experience)
Employment Type: Part-time/Contract (Possibility of full-time employment)
Objective: To implement and oversee standard operating procedures (SOPs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and performance metrics to foster scalability and operational excellence across Zain Garment Factory, Zain Stores, and Eartco Logistics.
Key Responsibilities: Develop SOPs, create customized KPI dashboards, provide team training, conduct performance audits, and offer strategic advice for operational growth.
Requirements: A minimum of 5 years in business operations, substantial experience in African markets, proficiency with tools like Google Sheets and Asana, and strong communication skills.
Compensation: ₦150,00.00 – ₦250,00.00 monthly, negotiable based on experience.
