Description:
– An experienced maintenance engineer or facility manager is required as national operations manager for cleaning and facility management services at client locations across the country.
– Industrial Cleaning Operations: Supervise all cleaning, pest control, gardening, laundry, and other soft services provided by the soft services division for its clients.
– Technical Services: Maintenance of company assets.
– Projects and Projects Management.
– Facility Management Operations: Plan, design, and implement all preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance for all power systems, mechanical, electrical, civil, plumbing, WTP, STP, HVAC, lifts, etc., across client locations.
– Business Development.
Salary:
N300,00 – N500,00 monthly.
