D44 Technologies is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Care Executive to deliver outstanding support to our clients. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture relationships with new customers following installation.
• Log and manage customer complaints efficiently.
• Identify opportunities for business growth with current and potential clients.
• Generate reports on client interactions and performance metrics.
• Provide timely responses to client inquiries via phone.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2-3 years of experience in customer service.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Compensation: ₦140,00.00 – ₦150,00.00 per month
