Job Description
The Ekiti Agro-Allied International Cargo Airport is inviting applications for the position of Human Resources / Admin Officer to join our dedicated team in Ekiti State, Nigeria. This vital role will focus on enhancing our employee training and development efforts as we prepare for both cargo and passenger operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement impactful employee training programs.
- Assess training needs through collaboration with department heads and one-on-one interviews with employees.
- Deliver comprehensive information about employee benefits and programs.
Qualifications: A B.Sc. in any Social Sciences is required; CIPM certification is advantageous. A minimum of 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience is essential.
Skills: Strong emphasis on confidentiality, teamwork, time management, conflict resolution, and leadership abilities.
