Global Rainbowbird Partners – Our client, a reputable boutique and fashion design company at Surulere, Lagos is urgently recruiting a smart and go-getter sales supervisor.

Job Description

• Present, promote, and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and storming.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Analyze the territory market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of B.Sc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• 3+ years progressive experience as a sales executive in a clothes retail company, priority/affluent or exclusive unit of a bank, international brands, and telecoms.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to deliver results and work under pressure.
• Good customer relationship management.
• Knowledge of MS Suite.
• Good looking, with an attractive personality.
• Age: 25-45.

Salary: N50,00-70,00 (High prospect of increased pay if excellent performance is noticed)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦50,00.00 – ₦60,00.00 per month
