Job Description
About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Senior Sales Executive to join our team. In this pivotal position, you will onboard top-quality retailers and brand partners within the modern retail sector, while leading a small team to drive exceptional results. Your contribution is essential for expanding our market presence and maintaining a healthy financial position in a dynamic environment.
Location: Ogun State (Housing available if needed).
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Saturdays typically are half-days).
Compensation: ₦150,00–₦250,00, dependent on experience, plus bonuses, health maintenance organization (HMO) coverage, and pension benefits after confirmation.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess 6-9 years of experience in B2B sales, proficiency in CRM systems, and exceptional communication and leadership skills.
