Job Description
Lifted Horizon Nigeria Limited is on the lookout for a professional and committed Call Centre Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing detailed information about our products and services, all aimed at ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls quickly and with professionalism.
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls for customer feedback or sales purposes.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns.
Qualifications:
- At least an SSCE/OND; HND or BSc is advantageous.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in customer service or call centre positions is preferred.
