Job Description
Rovedana Limited is seeking an experienced Plastics Production Supervisor to join our team in Lagos. In this key role, you will oversee machine operators, enhance productivity, and maintain high product quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
– Effectively supervise machine operators
– Monitor machinery output and address issues promptly
– Manage mold changeover processes
– Ensure consistent product quality throughout operations
Qualifications:
– OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in any field
– Familiarity with manufacturing processes in plastic production
– Relevant training and certifications
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of NGN 150,00 – 250,00, in addition to commission.
