Job Description
Flour Mills of Nigeria is actively seeking an accomplished Head of Operations for our Merchant Lending division. This full-time role is based in Lagos, Nigeria, offering a competitive salary ranging from 1,500,00 to 2,500,00 Naira per month.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in managing large-ticket merchant loans, demonstrate a robust understanding of credit risk assessment, and exhibit exceptional analytical and communication skills. Key responsibilities include overseeing merchant loan operations, developing efficient workflows, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
