Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and friendly individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in the Food and Beverages department. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent service and assistance to our valued customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist customers in a courteous and professional manner, handling inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Take and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide product and service information to customers, promoting additional sales when appropriate.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate to the appropriate department if necessary.
- Maintain accurate and complete customer records and transaction details.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve customer service processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food and beverages industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
