Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle customer calls.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Escalate complex inquiries as needed.
- Achieve performance targets for customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc (Second Class Lower) from a recognized institution.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Must reside in or have easy access to Lekki or Oniru.
Compensation: N101,00 monthly, plus incentives.
