Job Description
Meritabode Nigeria Ltd is seeking a dedicated full-time Sales Representative to join our team in Lagos. In this hybrid role, you will engage with clients to understand their real estate requirements, present available properties, negotiate contracts, and deliver outstanding customer service. Your efforts will directly contribute to clients’ buying, selling, and leasing experiences in the real estate market.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, comprehensive knowledge of the Nigerian real estate market, and the ability to operate both independently and collaboratively. A customer service orientation, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, is essential. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
