As a Personal Assistant at Graceco Limited, you will have the opportunity to work in our office located in Kola Alagbado, Lagos. This is a full-time position offering great career prospects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Responding to phone calls, emails, and messages
  • Planning travel arrangements, including flights and accommodation
  • Coordinating events and speaking engagements
  • Taking accurate and comprehensive meeting notes
  • Assisting with daily time management
  • Running errands as needed
  • Drafting correspondence such as emails and letters

To be eligible for this position, you should have a B.Sc in English Language, Secretarial Studies, or Business Administration, and at least 2-3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in computer skills, including Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint, is also required. Applicants must reside within Abule Egba, Toll-Gate, Alagbado, and nearby areas.
